Honey Pork

The Irish often flavored roast meat or fish with honey and salt. This recipe is for pork. Take a fresh pork ham (about 4-6 pounds) and spread it with the following mixture: Wrap the pork or place in a roasting bag and bake in a 350° oven until done. The exact time depends on the method of cooking but expect about 30-45 minutes per pound.
