Kolachki 3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 lb. margarine 2 cups flour 2 eggs 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt Cream cheese, margarine, and sugar with electric mixer. Add all eggs and beat well. Add flour gradually mix with mixer until too thick then work with hands. Work with hands adding flour as needed until mixture no longer sticks to hands. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Nut mixture: 1 lb. ground walnuts. Heat about 1 cup of milk and 2 tbls. margarine until margarine is melted, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix 1 cup sugar with nuts add milk mixture slowly until nuts are moist and stick together but are not hard. Roll out on pastry sheet or cheese cloth thin cut in strips fill with nut mixture and fold over to seal. Place on cookie sheet seam down. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
